UYKSEF Articles of Association
UYKSEF was founded in 2019. The following information is the first page of the Federation's official charter, approved by the Ministry of Interior.
Purpose of establishment:
Article 2 a) To ensure professional solidarity among private security and other law enforcement units, and to prepare a curriculum for providing advanced VIP training for close protection and private security personnel in accordance with Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services, and to provide training with instructors and trainers from various branches, and to contribute to the expansion of the preferred fields of work in this sector.
To contribute to the law enforcement units working in all public institutions and organizations in our province and country, especially the Governor's Office, the metropolitan municipality, and the municipalities.
Furthermore, the "INTERNATIONAL CLOSE PROTECTION DEFENSE TRAINING FEDERATION" operates in accordance with the Associations Law No. 5253 and related legislation, with the aim of contributing to the professional development of private security and other protection personnel (military, police, gendarmerie, etc.).
b) The aim of our federation is to closely follow the innovations and developments in the branches known as Self-Defense Sports worldwide and to make our country the global center of Self-Defense Sports. Furthermore, we aim to instill a love of Self-Defense Sports in the Turkish people and youth, emphasizing leadership qualities while ensuring their technical, theoretical, and scientific development.
c) To identify the sports branches of master instructors working in Public Education Directorates, Police Schools, Military Schools, and University Schools, and to organize seminars for qualified coaches and master instructors in that province to ensure a proper work system.
THE FEDERATION'S AREA OF ACTIVITY
It operates in the field of Close Protection and Self-Defense training.
As mentioned above, one of our goals is to expand and improve the Private Security Law No. 5188 and make our country a world leader in this field. To this end, we will be holding various meetings with officials from various government institutions in the coming days.
