| About Our Federation
The International Close Protection and Defense Training Federation (UYKSEF) was established to elevate the discipline of security and close protection to universal standards and to provide the sector with highly qualified professionals who possess strong tactical skills and professional ethics.
Combining over a quarter century of deep field experience in the sector with academic discipline under a single institutional umbrella, our Federation operates with the mission of protecting the reputation of the security profession and standardizing service quality. In line with this, through the “SMK International Close Protection Training Academy” structured within our federation, we train the qualified human resources needed by the security sector.
As UYKSEF, we organize basic and advanced close protection, self-defense, and strategic training programs, primarily focusing on comprehensive "Close Protection Commander" specialization programs. Training and certifying experts who will serve a wide range of sectors, from public institutions to the private sector, and integrating professional standards with international norms are among the primary responsibilities of our Federation. UYKSEF directs its activities as an institutional authority that combines knowledge with discipline and experience with flawless operational capabilities.

Our goal is to establish, monitor, and improve national and international standards in close protection and self-defense training; to train fully equipped professionals in physical, mental, and tactical aspects by blending field experience with current security strategies. Through our innovative training programs, developed academic curricula, and rigorous certification processes, we aim to maximize the quality of the security sector serving individuals, institutions, and organizations, and to always uphold professional integrity.
